2014 | Disertasi | Program Studi S2 Fisikahas been investigated by micromagnetic simulation software Object Oriented Micromagnetic Framework (OOMMF) based on Landau-Lifshitz Gilbert (LLG). Simulation is conducted by providing the external field in the + z direction. Applying the external field ranging from 0 Oe to 35,000 Oe consist of 500 steps and damping ? = 0.5. The analysis is performed by varying the thickness and size of Co / Pd thin layer. Thickness variations performed on fixed sample sizes 100×100 nm2 with thickness of 1 nm, 3 nm, and 5 nm. Further analyzes of thin layer Co / Pd on the fixed thickness of 5 nm with a size variation 100×100 nm2, 300×100 nm2, 500×100 nm2, 800×100 nm2 and 1000×100 nm2. The phenomenon of propagation of magnetic domain wall based on the simulation results show different patterns on each variation done. Interestingly, the domain widft stripe pattern with a thickness of 1 nm forms vertical transverse direction, while the thickness of 3 nm horizontally and to the thickness of 5 nm forms maze domain. While the variation in the size of the stripe pattern generated widft domain that is relatively the same but the number of vertical stripe widft different domains. The behavior of Co / Pd magnetic thin film depends on the dimensions presented by the saturation field, the magnetization curves, the energy system is ferromagnetic and the velocity magnetic domain wall propagation.
