SIQS model is a modification of SIS model. The SIQS model is formed to prevent the spread of epidemic by quarantining the infectious people. In this thesis, stable of SIQS model is discussed based on the criteria of basic reproduction number The stable analysis of equilibrium points are established for endemic and non-endemic case. Endemic equilibrim exist if R0 ?1 . The endemic equilibrium become asymtotic stable if 0 R ?1 and unstable if 0 R ?1. By using Lyapunov theorems, the endemic equilibrium * P exist in domain D???S,I,Q?: I ? 0?.
