Database system deployed in each health center complicate the user to view the data in real disease reports. The entire database is integrated with a database management system is integrated via a web-based system mechanisms client-server. System at the Department of Health has a web service that functions as a server to service requests from health centers. The implementation of web services including bussiness-service tier, meaning that the web service is not made to interact directly with the user. The role of SOAP is an XML-based protocol as for the exchange of information between computers over the transport protocol. Prototype system is processing the data object list clinic, type of illness, disease, patient, check, report and age criteria on each server health centers that provide URL service provider and service requestor. Web services technology allows panggabungan application of system services that are at each clinic in the health bureau of Cirebon. Implementation of web service on the server-side data replication will increase the speed when accessed. The results of this research web service is a good infrastructure for data integration diseases spread health center servers. Data integration is built using a web service on a prototype system of data integration can be used as a source of data and information to support and enhance the performance of local governments, especially the Department of Health.
