There needs to be controlled warehouse temperature and humidity so that the state according to the stored goods. Then made a warehousing system with RFID identification system that stored goods and fuzzy logic control systems with Mamdani inference to control the temperature and humidity state of the warehouse in accordance with the results of the identification of goods stored. The results of this research is a prototype of fuzzy controllers warehouse temperature and humidity with an accuracy of temperature and humidity control action by 77.79 % . The prototype system is also capable of using the results of identification by RFID as set-point control system
