Fuzzy multiple-level association rule from quantitative data mostly intended to be used in transactional data for every business and industrial sectors. This algor ithm adopts a top-down progressively deepening approach to find large itemsets which integrates the fuzzy sets concepts, data mining technology, and multiplelevel taxonomy to gain association rules. This thesis proposes a fuzzy system design as a decision support system which apply the so called algorithm for quantified employment data. The purpose to applied the so called algorithm is to identified the characteristics that the lecturers have had through the association rules outputs. They were modified to presents the designed system such that its output are crisp values for the level-wise lecturers formation and so that it is can be used as a recommendation to the user regarding in determining the lecturers formation.
