In this thesis, the writer discusses about the stability of equllibrium by using epidemic SEI. From the obtained model,the writer observes the existence and the stability in of equllibrium points. The global stabiility on equilibrium points is observed by using Lyapunov-LaSalle theory. The theory is conducted to show that is stability depends on the basic of reproduction number . If than the equillibrium is not infected from global stable asimtotic. On the contrary, if it shows the local stable asimtotic on endemic equllibrium points
