Determination of government aid recipient frequently found problem, because so many factors and criteria that influence the decision-making process. To further optimize the process of selecting candidates of government aid recipient, we need a decision support system that can assist decision makers in determining the recipient. One method that can be used to support decision-making that is Analytic Hierarchy Process. Analytic Hierarchy Process is one of structured technique for organizing and analyzing multi criteria decision making. This technique has the advantage of being able to consider the decision which taken by multiple criteria and sub criteria, and being able provide consistency ratio of judgement. The system is built using PHP programming language and framework CodeIgniter. The decision support system can give priority to alternative solutions of the problems based on certain criteria. Alternative solutions of the problems are recipients of government aid with criteria drawn from statistical data such as population density, unemployment, and etc. From the results of testing indicated that the system can provide recommendation priority scale of decision making in regard for distribution government relief with valid output accordance with specified criteria and data. Validity of the output is done by comparing the election priorities between the system output with manual calculations using excel application using analytic hierarchy process method.
