The distribution mechanism of academic data base which is spread in faculty level facilitates Faculty body in managing each academic data base yet complicates either university side or other sides which intends to get some information involving some data from some faculties. The system development done sparately and walks alone without any coordination and data integration causes the inter-faculty information taking difficult. To solve this problem, it needs a system which can integrate distributed database in each faculty. The university development signed by the increasing of some new department units and the increasing of applying business rules demand some system needs which can bridge and integrate the business interests. To facilitate inter unit coordination, it needs a system which can accommodate the needs and doesn’t increase new problems both in system moving process and system establishment from scratch. The system which is built using web service is expected to be able to become solution of this problem, so the distributed database can be integrated and other units can utilize the fuction served by web service.
