In this thesis, we study about some properties of superior and inferior semi- inner product. Moreover, we also study about some other representation of superior and inferior semi-inner product which related to normalized duality mapping and semi-inner product Lumer-Giles. Finally, we study about Riesz Representation The- orem on a vector space equipped with semi-inner product Lumer-Giles.
