Design and Implementation of Distributed Data Base System for Cement Distribution (Case Study : PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep District of South Sulawesi Province), provide a solution to integrate data distribution of cement that has been registered at a location. Distributed Database System is one effort to establish cooperation with its distributors as a mediator of the cement business of retail sales to end customers. The system was developed and built using the Code Igniter PHP framework with asynchronous java script technologies (AJAX), use the InnoDB MySQL database type. Distributing databases using replication techniques and Fragmentation Horizontal, synchronization using multi-master techniques. The system is divided into two main groups, namely the Master placed at the head office on public server and a slave that is placed on the Branch Office with limited internet connection. The results of this study indicate that this system provides convenience to the user to obtain information about the cement distribution system. By implementing a distributed database system, the potential benefits are increased reliability and data availability factor of the database system. Data is stored on independent sites, not dependent on a central computer but can coordinate with each other, thus speeding up the query process, a distributed control and use of data together.
