2013 | Skripsi | PROGRAM STUDI GEOFISIKASeismic impedance inversion analysis has been carried out in the ?X? Field focused in Air Benakat Fm. Reservoir. The combination of shear impedance inversion and elastic impedance inversion hopefully can identifiy the distribution of hydrocarbon anomaly in that field . Shear impedance inversion method uses full stack gather data, whereas the elastic impedance uses partial stack gather data that previously has been AVO analyzed to determine the optimum angel. The inversion result shows that the sandstones as the reservoir of the hydrocarbon spreaded evenly on M,M2, and N formation shown by the high value of shear impedance (of about 12500 – 13500 ((ft/s)*(g/cc))), whereas the gas anomaly on M formation and oil in M2 can be identified by the elastic impedance far (170 – 320) varies from 5150 - 5300 ((ft/s)*(g/cc)).
