This thesis was discussed about a fuzzy transportation problem with fuzzy supply and fuzzy demand that called fuzzy amounts stated in Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) and fuzzy cost per unit stated in the right TFN. The problem was solved at two stages. The first stage was calculating maximum satisfactory level reached at satisfying balance between fuzzy supplies and fuzzy demands. The second stage, Finding the optimal solutions by considering the satisfactory level of the fuzzy amounts and fuzzy costs. The variations of the satisfactory level could change the optimal solution. The points able to change the optimal solution were called breaking points. Each interval was constructed by breaking points in the interval [0,1]. Thus, all optimal solutions obtained for all satisfactory level in the relevant Interval
