In accordance with Regulation No. 1 Year 1994 concerning General Spatial Plan, the development must be utilized optimally without ignoring the principle of balance and sustainability. Development programs implemented by the Government of Bantul Regency, especially the physical construction of the building is currently progressing very rapidly, it is marked with the number of facilities and infrastructure in the district of Bantul such as government buildings, educational facilities, health, etc. The process ofa physical building assessment submitted by the regional work units (SKPD) requires good planning because it involves a cost and also comply with general spatial planning of Kabupaten Bantul. This research aimed to establish a system of decision making to assess a proposal of the physical development building by using case-based reasoning (CBR). The assessment processis done by entering values on the elements of assessment and also to determine the priority rating for each type of building. The algorithm used is k-Nearest Neighbor with a similarity function by using the Normalized Euclidean Distance.
