Car and motor cycle are the most popular transportation vehicle in Indonesia. People can buy a car or a motor cycle by cash or credit. Based on that situation, ability to assessment about account condition who want to buy a motor by credit are important. Case Based Reasoning(CBR) is a method that using old case in case base for reasoning. This research using 15 features based on survey to describe about account condition. There are three features, processed earlier with fuzzy: salary, score of character at home, score of character at work. Ouput from features will be as input in indexing process. Method for indexing is naive bayesian. There are two user in this system: administration employee and Unit Head. Output from this system are refused credit or accepted credit. In this system are using 20 data knowledge in casebase. There are 20 new cases used for testing. The result is system can gives 17 recomendation (85%). Three recomendation are handled by unit head
