The cocoa farmers, especially in indonesia is still comparatively new in the world of cocoa farms would have had problems in the face of disruption to its cocoa plant. Disorders that may arise in the form of visible symptoms that may be somewhat alarming. The application of computer technology can play an important role to help overcome these problems. In this research proposes a Fuzzy ID3 algorithm that can solve the problems such as the identification of cocoa plant diseases. Cocoa plant disease identification problems will be presented in the form of Case Based Reasoning system which has a knowledge base in the form of case base. In this research discusses the major diseases of cocoa plant, is a disease that attacks the stem are the Vascular Streak Dieback (VSD) desease, the cancer of stem, and the upas mushroom while attacking the fruit is fruit rot disease. Examples of the final results of the CBR system were made in this research is a percentage of the value of class membership, the resulting decision tree for VSD (Yes) = 43% and VSD (No) = 57% of the 40 sample data for VSD. ID3 accuracy results in WEKA software with the same 40 sample data is 80% for correctly classified and 12.5% for incorrectly classified. It can be concluded that the application of Fuzzy ID3 against the case base of VSD disease is not better than the ID3 implementation in WEKA software
