Enterprise Procurement is important in the company because the company involved in the production process. The process start at how to find material untill sending material to PT. TSPM. Utilizing XML-based technologies are needed to communicate with business partners in this case is the suppliers. In this study has made an procurement application with the needs of companies in the process of eprocurement. Procurement systems that involve external parties in an integrated procurement system from a supplier by using web services. Procurement systems are built using five main business processes and monitoring the plan needs to be done by the SCM, process the paper raw material purchases made by the purchaser, the raw material inventory by the inventory, giving informations about plan production and stock to supplier. The results of this study is an eprocurement which can be communicate with supplier direcly.
