Expert system is one of area in an artificial intelligence using knowledge special solve a human expert level. One of expert system applications in medical area is to diagnose any diseases. This research is conducted by scheme and making of an expert system used to assist to determine the diagnosa of any diseases which is preceded by main symptom of pregnancy diseases, and also to determine the therapy suggestions which must be given. Problems of uncertainty knowledge in this expert system is overcome by using Bayesian probability method. The process of diagnosing the patient diseases carried out in the consultancy session, will be preceded by the system raising the relevant questions to patient according to main symptom of natural by pregnancy diseases. The result of this research is the expert system which capable to assist diagnosing any pregnancy diseases. The output system is the patient’s respiratoty disease along with its probability value showing the degree of belief system of it resulting disease and its therapy suggestions for the suffered disease. This expert system to diagnose pregnancy diseases have been equiped by the facility to conduct the knowledge manipulation Keyword : expert system, artificial intellegence, knowledge, diagnose, Bayesian probability.
