Sengon (Falcataria moluccana) is a kind of plant that was developed on a large scale as a staple crop in the forests. However, monocultures method were caused disease susceptibility and great harm if not to do early detection and control activities quickly. The expert system of disease identification on sengon aimed to help educators or actors in the forestry sector to identification and advise controls that can to do. The methods are using forward chaining and certainty factor (CF) as basis for belief in the conclusions. The data were collected using literature and information from the experts. The result is the expert system for identifying the disease in sengon. Users may consult for identification of the disease with scanning and CF value of the main symptom, supporters-symptoms, and sign. Furthermore, the system will perform identifying to determine the disease based on CF set by users and experts, that is disease and value of certainty
