Telahdilakukanpenelitianmengenaiefekanthelmentikinfusdaunnangka(Artocarpusheterophyllus)terhadapinfestasicacingHaemonchuscontortuspadakambingsecaraIn-vitro.PenelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuiefekanthelmentikdariinfusdaunnangkadenganmenggunakanvariasitingkatkonsentrasiterhadapcacingH.contortusyangsecaraIn-vitro. Sampel yangdigunakanadalah125ekorcacingH.contortus.Cacingdibagidalam5kelompok,masing-masingkelompokterdiridari25ekorcacing.KelompokIsebagaikontroldenganlarutanNaClfisiologis,kelompokIIsebagaipembandingdenganlarutanalbendazole2,5%,dankelompokIII,IVdanVsebagaimediaperlakuanyaituinfusdaunnangkadengankonsentrasiberturut-turut;10%,20%,40%.Hasilpe nelitianmenunjukkanbahwakematiancacingpertamakalipadamasing-masingmediayaitupadalarutanNaClfisiologisdimulaipadajamke18,padalarutanalbendazol2,5%padajamke2,infusdaunnangka10%padajamke4,infusda unnangka20%padajamke4,daninfusdaunnangka40%padajamke4.Jumla hkematiancacing100%masing-masingmediaadalahpadalarutanNaClfisiologisdicapaipadajamke24,padalarutanalbendazol2,5%padajamke18,infusdaunnangka10%padajamke24,infusdaunnangka20%padajamke22,daninfusdaunnangka40%padajamke20.DarihasiltersebutdapatdisimpulkanbahwainfusdaunnangkamempunyaiefekanthementiksecaraIn-vitroterhadapcacingH.contortusdansemakinbesarkonsentrasiinfussemakinbesarpulaefekanthelmentiknya.Konsentrasiinfusdaunnangka40%terhadapalbendazol2,5%memilikiefekanthelmentik1,10kali.Sedangkandengankonrtrol(NaClfisiologis),infusdaunnangka40%memilikiefekanthelmentik1,20kalilebihbesar.Katakun ci:Albendazol,Artocarpusheterophyllus,Haemonchuscontortu

Aresearchhasbeenconductedonthesubjectoftheanthelmenticseffectofjackfruit(Artocarpusheterophyllus)leafinfusiontowardsHaemonchuscontortusworminfestationonthegoatinanIn-Vitroway.TheobjectiveofthisresearchidentifiedtheanthelmenticseffectfromtheinfusionofjackfruitleafbyusingconcentrationlevelvariationtowardH.contortuswormsinanIn-Vitroway.Thetotalsampleswere125H.contortusworm,dividedinto5groupswitheachgroupconsistsof25worm.GroupIactsascontrolwithphysiologicalNaClsolution,groupIIactsascomparisonstandardwith2.5%ofalbendazolesolution,whilegroupIII,IV,andVactsastreatmentmediaofjackfruitleafinfusionwith c oncentrationof10%,20%,and40%respectively.T heresultsshowedthatthefirstlossesofH.Contortuswormwhichhappenedoneachmediawere:(1)onthephysiologicalNaClsolutionbeganwithin18hours,(2)onthe2.5%ofalbendazolsolutionbeganwithin2hours,(3)onthe10%ofjackfruitleafinfusionbeganwithin4hours,(4)onthe20%ofjackfruitleafinfusionbeganwithin4hours,and(5)onthe40%ofjackfruitleafinfusionbeganwithin4hours.Thefullpercentageofwormlosswhichhappenedoneachmediawere:(1)onthephysiologicalNaClsolutionhappenedin24hours,(2)onthe2.5%ofalbendazolsolutionhappenedin18hours,(3)onthe10%ofjackfruitleafinfusionhappenedin24hours,(4)onthe20%ofjackfruitleafinfusionhappenedin22hours,and(5)onthe40%ofjackfruitleafinfusionhappenedin20hours.Basedontheresults,itcanbeconcludedthatjackfruitleafinfusionhasanthelmenticseffectsinanIn-vitrowaytowardH.concortuswormandthebiggertheinfusionconcentration,thebiggertheanthelmenticseffect.Jackfruitleafinfusionwithconcentrationof40%toward2.5%ofalbendazolsolutionhas1.10ofanthelmenticseffect,whileonthecontrol(physiologicalNaCl),jackfruitleafinfusionwithconcentrationof40%has1.20ofanthlementicseffect.Ke ywords:Albendazol,Artocarpusheterophyllus,Haemonchuscontortus
