Information about the price of land is required in determining the taxable value as supporting data in the development of the region. Land demands will increase as rapid population growth so rapidly there has been a rapid change in the price of land. This study aims to determine the distribution of land prices in the majority of the District of Klaten regency Cawas the study area includes the Cawas Village, Bawak Village and Barepan Village by utilizing remote sensing and geographic information systems. The method used in the study is a visual interpretation of Quickbird imagery to obtain data on land use, land accessibility of positive and negative land accessibility. Data completeness public facilities obtained from the relevant agencies. The survey was conducted in two phases. Analysis conducted in this study of tiered weighted quantitative data parameters including land use, land accessibility positive, negative land accessibility and comprehensiveness of public facilities. The first stage of the survey of land use as validation and updating data. Phase The second is the land price survey to obtain information from the analysis of land prices zoning of land prices. Results of this research is a map of the estimated price of land in part the District Cawas. Class price of land is divided into four levels, namely a) Level I - Very High (> IDR 2,025,000.00) covering an area of 13.32 hectares scattered on the surrounding land use for administration in the village and village Cawas Barepan who are on the collector street, b ) Level II - Height (IDR 637,500.00 - IDR 1,762,500.00) covering an area of 134.43 hectares are spread evenly on the distance of residential areas with local and collector street above 150 meters, c) Level III - Medium (IDR 637 500 , 00 - IDR 1,762,500.00) covering an area of 134.43 hectares are spread evenly on the distance of residential areas with local and collector street above 150 meters and has a negative accessibility higher than the class above, and d) Level IV - Low (IDR 83750.00 - IDR 637,500.00) covering an area of 353.08 hectares scattered in the eastern part of the Cawas village and Barepan Village as well as the southern part of the Bawak village. Parameter of land accessibility positive influence on the final result of land price estimate classes supported by land-use parameters because these parameters have a higher weighting than other parameters
