As well as the rapid population growth coupled with increasing economic needs led to the need for land is increasing as well, resulting in a change of land use for the purposes of human activities in the region. Lots going expansion of land for non-agricultural land use, so that the construction is based RDTRK very important to do in order to avoid the problems that will occur later. This study aimed to describe the realization of RDTRK 2008 District of Sewon Bantul to implementation in the field, namely the realization including successful or unsuccessful. Materials used in this study is the Quickbird satellite imagery District of Sewon result recording process in 2006, 2010, and a map RDTRK Year 2008-2018. The method used is by using Quickbird satellite image interpretation techniques to obtain data on the use of land in 2006 and 2010, then supported by field surveys on 10 to 11 August 2015. Analysis of the results is done by using a geographic information system, using software AcrGis 10.1. The analysis technique used is the technique of overlaying between Land Use Map of 2006 and 2010 with Map RDTRK Year 2008-2018 has been prepared by the Government of Bantul, in order to obtain Land Use Map Alignment with RDTRK District of Sewon in 2006 and 2010. The study produced four pieces of the map, ie Map Land Use District of Sewon In 2006, the District Land Use Map Sewon in 2010, Land Use Map Alignment with RDTRK District of Sewon in 2006, and the Land Use Map Alignment with RDTRK District of Sewon 2010. The results of the research activities this also shows that the Quickbird satellite imagery can be used to monitor the alignment of land use on RDTRK well. The final conclusion of this study is the realization of RDTRK on land use in the district of Sewon still lacking, because during the period 2006 to 2010 decreased unrealized land area of 1.9%, and the decline was only 0.85% are becoming aligned and 1.05% to not aligne
