This research aims to make use of remote sensing and geographic information systems mapping and create a map plan of Spatial Detail (RDTR) in district of Wedi. The materials used in this research is a satellite image of the World View Klaten Regency and shapefile Spatial Plan data Sub district Wedi. The method used is to use the techniques in the interpretation of satellite images of the World View to get the land use data. Analysis of the results is done using geographic information systems, utilizing software Arcgis 10.1. Analytical techniques used in the form stack stacking (overlay) between land use plan of Spatial Detail with Sub Wedi in 2011-2031. This research resulted in 10 pieces of the map, that Map its administrative Sub district Wedi, population density Map Sub Wedi, Map land use Sub Wedi, Map Development Area Chart Sub Wedi, Map the pattern Space Sub Wedi, map the network of drinking water, and sub district Network Drainage Map Wedi Sub district Wedi, map the network of energy Sub Wedi, network map and map of Wedi Sub district telecommunications networks Sub Wedi
