Faktor-Faktor Kritis Kesuksesan Proyek Konstruksi (Studi Pada Cv Bina Karya)

Pembangunan nasional yang semakin meningkat, mendorong pertumbuhan jumlah perusahaan penyedia jasa konstruksi. Banyaknya jumlah badan usaha yang menawarkan jasa konstruksi, mengindikasikan persaingan yang cukup kuat antara perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Untuk bertahan dalam persaingan, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kritis untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Bina Karya dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah proyek konstruksi yang dilaksanakan tahun 2010-2013.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kritis kesuksesan proyek-proyek yang telah dilaksanakan oleh CV Bina Karya pada tahun 2010 hingga 2013. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan metode faktor kritis kesuksesan (Caralli, 2004) dan dibantu dengan analisis kuantitatif untuk menentukan prioritas faktor-faktor kritis kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. Hasil dari analisi data pada penelitian ini adalah enam faktor-faktor kritis kesuksesan proyek, yaitu; (1) faktor terkait logistik proyek, (2) faktor terkait proyek, (3) faktor terkait lingkungan eksternal, (4) faktor terkait manajer proyek, (5) faktor terkait anggota tim proyek, dan (6) faktor terkait organisasi.
The increasing of national development encourage growth in the number of construction services company. A large number of business entities that offer construction services, indicating a fairly strong competition among construction services companies. To survive in the competition, it is important for companies to know the critical factors to succeed in the construction project. This research was conducted in CV Bina Karya and the objects are construction projects undertaken in 2010-2013.
The purpose of this study is to identify the critical success factors of projects that have been implemented by CV Bina Karya in 2010 until 2013. The analysis data, which is used on this study, is qualitative analysis with critical success factor method (Caralli, 2004) and supported by quantitative analysis to determine the priority of the critical success factors of the construction project. The results of the data analysis in this study is six critical success factors of the project, such as; (1) Factors related to the logistics of the project, (2) Factors related to the project, (3) Factors related to the external environment, (4) Factors related to the project manager, (5) Factors related to the project team members, and (6) Factors related to the organization.
