PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PERSEDIAAN BERBASIS KOMPUTER PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH (UMKM) (Studi kasus pada industri roti Laris Jaya)

Relevan, lengkap, tepat waktu, akurat merupakan karakteristik sistem informasi. Dalam prosesnya sistem informasi menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk menghadapi era industrialisasi global. Informasi diharapkan bisa digunakan untuk mempengaruhi atau dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan studi langsung pada industri kecil atau UMKM atas pentingnya informasi yang cepat dan akurat dan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini penulis mengembangkan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan yang berbasis komputer. Dimana mendayagunakan komputer untuk menghitung, mengontrol, dan membuat laporan secara terpadu sehingga memperlancar usahanya. Pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan System development life cycle (SDLC) dan menggunakan Microsoft excel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasikan aplikasi sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi akuntansi persediaan yang relevan dan reliabel. Aplikasi ini juga menghasilkan informasi akuntansi dan informasi manajemen terkait pengiriman dan pengembalian barang jadi pada perusahaan tempat penelitian berlangsung.
Relevant, complete, timely, accurate information is a characteristic of the system. In the process of information system becomes a requirement for the era of global industrialization. Information expected to be used to affect or be used as a basis for decision making. In this study, the authors conducted a study directly on small industries or SMEs of the importance of information quickly and accurately and timely. The study authors develop accounting information systems, computer-based inventory. Where to leverage the computer to calculate, control, and create an integrated report that facilitate their business. Development of the system in this study using the system development life cycle (SDLC) and using Microsoft excel. The results of this study is to recommend the application inventory accounting information system that can be used to produce inventory accounting information relevant and reliable. This application also produces accounting information and related management information and return shipping of finished goods at the company where the research took place.
