ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EKSPOR TEKSTIL INDONESIA KE AMERIKA SERIKAT, INGGRIS DAN JEPANG 1978-1997

Kondisi khusus ekspor tekstil Indonesia adalah bagian yang relatif besar dari keseluruhan komponen input merupakan input yang hams diimpor.Hal itu menjadikan ongkos produksi dan harga dalam negeri peka terhadap fluktuasi moneter internasional.
Studi ini akan meneliti pengaruh faktor kurs devisa, cadangan devisa dan jumlah penduduk negara tujuan ekspor serta IRKS Indonesia terhadap volume ekspor tekstil
Indonesia Penelitian ini menemukan:Pertama, bahwa kecenderungan jangka panjang (trend) dari ekspor tekstil Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat, Inggris dan Jepang secara terpisah adalah positif dan signifikan.Kedua, penelitian ini juga menemukan, bahwa antara volume ekspor tekstil Indonesiake Amerika Serikat, Inggris dan Jepang dengan kurs devisa, cadangan devisa , GNP danjumlah penduduk negara tujuan ekspor serta IHK sandang Indonesia terdapat korelasipositif dan signifikan secara statistik. Yang ketiga, penelitian ini juga menemukan,bahwa faktor faktor yang berpengaruh tersebut ( kurs devisa, cadangan devisa ,
pendapatan nasional negara tujuan ekspor dan IRKS Indonesia) masing masing mempunyai kecenderungan jangka panjang (trend) yang positip dan signifikan secara statistik.
Ketiga hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa faktor faktor tersebut mendorong kenaikan ekspor tekstil Indonesia. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut penelitian ini merekomendasikan satu saran, yaitu untuk meneruskan dan meningkatkan ekspor tekstil Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat, Inggris dan Jepang.
Spesific condition of Indonesian textile export is the relative high share of imported input in the components of input. It makes the cost of production and the domestic price are sensitive to the international monetary fluctuation. Further more, the propose of this study is to analyse the factors affecting the Indonesian textile export to United States, United Kingdom and Japan
This study had found : First, the trend of Indonesian textile export to United States, United Kingdom and Japan separately are positive and statistic significantly.
Second, this study had found that the correlation between the value of foreign exchange, the reserve of foreign exchange , the GNP and the population of the export
destination state, beside the MKS (clothes consumer price index) with the volume of Indonesian textile export separately, are positive and statistical significantly. Third, this study had found, that the trend of the factors affecting the volume of Indonesian textile export have positive slope and statistic significantly.
At last, the study conclude that all of the factors affecting Indonesia textile export, will push the growth of Indonesian textile export . At least, this study
recommend an advise, to continue and to promote the Indonesian textile export to United States of America, United Kingdom and Japan.
