Analisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Performa Operasional Perusahaan

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan good corporate governance di perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah menerapkannya terhadap performa operasional dari perusahaan tersebut.

Performa opersaional perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan rasio Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Earning per Share (EPS). Sedangkan untuk good corporate governance diukur dengan menggunakan Corporate Governance perception Index(CGPI). Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan Proporsi Dewan Komisaris Independen dan Jumlah Dewan Direksi sebagai variabel kontrol.

Metode statistic yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap return on equity (ROE)sebagai kinerja operasional perusahaan. Sedangkan Corporate governance tidakberpengaruh terhadap net profit margin (NPM) dan Earning per share (EPS) sebagai kinerja operasional perusahaan.

The objective of this research are to investigate the influence between good corporate governance on the company who has implemented it and the company operational performance.

Company operational performance in this research is measured by the ratio of Return on Equity (ROE), Net profit Margin (NPM), and Earning per Share (EPS). While good corporate governance in this research is measured by Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). Beside that, this research is using the proportion of independence commissioner and the amount of Board of Director as the control variable.

The Statistical method used in tis research is multiple linear regression method. The result shows that Good Corporate Governance have a positive significant effect on Return on Equity(ROE) as the company operational performance. whereas, good corporate governance having no significant effect on Net profit Margin (NPM)and Earning per Share (EPS).
