PENGARUH SEKTOR PERDAGANGAN, HOTEL DAN RESTORAN, JUMLAH PENDUDUK, DAN JUMLAH KENDARAAN BERMOTOR TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sektor
perdagangan, hotel dan restoran, sektor angkutan dan komunikasi, jumlah penduduk dan jumlah kendaraan bermotor terhadap penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tahun 1982 sid 2000. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder tahunan
runtut waktu (Time Series) 1982 s/d 2000. Data meliputi Realisasi PAD, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Jumlah Penduduk dan Jumlah Kendaraan Bermotor yang diperoleh dari Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Padang Pariaman, BPS Padang Pariarnan dan BPS Daerah
1st' mewa Yogyakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Sederhana(OLS). Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa : (1) Sektor Perdagangan, Hotel dan Restoran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Ash Daerah dengan koefisien regresi sebesar
1,645196, (2) Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 2,054121 dan (3) Jumlah Kendaraan Bermotor juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah dengan koefisien 1.081845 dan (4) koefisien Determinasi (R2 ) yang dihasilkan sebesar 98,87%. Sektor angkutan dan komukasi terpaksa didrop karena terjadi multikolinearitas dengan variabel bebas lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut di atas diharapkan dalam upaya meningkatkan Pendapatan Ash Daerah (PAD) maka perlu usaha-usaha untuk meningkatkan Produk domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dari setiap sektor dengan membuat program pembangunan dari Anggaran Belanja
Daerah. Program ini mempunyai dampak multiplair yang baru pada perkonomian di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).
The objective of this study focuses on tracing out the impacts of Trade, Hotel and Restaurant Sectors, Transportion and Communicatian Sectors, The number of Populations and the number of Vehicles, on Locally
Generated Revenue (LGR) of Padang Pariaman Regency in the period of 1982 — 2000. The applied data used in this study is in the form of annual time series secondary data, over 1982 — 2000. The data consist of the LGR realization, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and the number of
Populations and Vehicles. The data is obtained from the Local Financial Departement of Padang Pariaman Regency, Central Board of Statistics of Padang Pariaman Regency and Central Board of Statistics in Yogyakarta Province.
The analysis method represented here is regression of ordinary least square. The result of the observation gives the information as follows : (1) The Trade, Hotel and Restaurant Sector is positively and significantly
correlated to the LGR, by the coefficient of regression 1,645196, (2) The Number of Population is positively and significantly correlated to the LGR by the coefficient of regression 2,054121 and (3) The Number of Vehicles is
also positive dan significant correlated to the LGR by the coefficient of regression 1,081845, and (4) Coefficient determination (R2) are resulted at 98,87%. While Transportation And Communication Sectors excluded
observation because of multicolinearity on the independent variable. Based on the results attained as above, hopefully, in order to increase the LGR, it is suggested to increase the efforts of the GRDP from each
sectors by making any development programs from the local budget. This program will have a new multiplier impact to the economy in Padang Pariaman Regency and finally to increase the LGR.
