Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan PT. Merapi Arsita Graha

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh dari kepuasan terhadap gaji, kepuasan terhadap nature of work, kepuasan terhadap kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasional, keadilan distrobutif, keadilan prosedural, Perceived Alternative Employment Opportunities (PAEO), dan job embeddedness sebagai variabel dependen terhadap turnover intention sebagai variabel independen.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan PT Merapi Arsita Graha. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda.

Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan terhadap gaji, keadilan distributif, dan job embeddedness secara signifikan berhubungan negatif dengan turnover intention. Sedangkan PAEO secara signifikan berhubungan positif dengan turnover intention.

This research was aimed to test the relation between satisfaction with pay, satisfaction with nature of work, satisfaction with leadership, organizational commitment, distributional justice, procedural justice, Perceived Alternative Employment Opportunities, job embeddedness as independence variables and turnover intention as dependence variable.

This research was conducted using quantitative approach with survey method. The respondents were the employees of PT Merapi Arsita Graha. The statistical tools used in this research were multiple linear regression.

The results of hypothesis testing showed that satisfaction with pay, procedural justice, and job embeddedness had significant negative relationship with turnover intention. Perceived alternative employment opportunities had positive relationship with turnover intention.
