PENGARUH PERSEPSI PENGEMBANG PERUMAHAN ATAS GOOD GOVERNANCE PEMERINTAH DAERAH DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL APARAT PEMERINTAH DAERAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGEMBANG PERUMAHAN DALAM HAL PELAYANAN IZIN PERUNTUKAN PENGGUNAAN TANAH (IPPT)DAN KINERJA PENGEMBANG PERUMAHAN SURVEI PADA PENGEMBANG PERUMAHAN DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh persepsi pengembang perumahan atas good governanve pemerintah daerah dan komitmen organisasional aparat pemerintah daerah terhadap kepuasan pengembang perumahan dalam hal pelayanan izin peruntukkan penggunaan tanah (IPPT) dan kinerja pengembang perumahan (survey pada pengembang perumahan di kabupaten sleman)

Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dengan case study di Kabupaten Sleman, menggunakan data primer dengan responden para pengembang perumahan yang menjalankan usaha di Kabupaten Sleman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis)

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa :

1. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi pengembang perumahan atas good governance pemerintah daerah dan persepsi pengembang perumahan atas komitmen organisasional aparat pemerintah daerah.

2. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atas persepsi pengembang perumahan atas good governance pemerintah daerah dan persepsi pengembang perumahan atas komitmen organisasional aparat pemerintah daerah secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengembang perumahan dalam hal pelayanan IPPT

3. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atas persepsi pengembang perumahan atas good governance pemerintah daerah dan persepsi pengembang perumahan atas komitmen organisasional aparat pemerintah daerah dan kepuasan pengembang perumahan dalam hal pelayanan IPPT secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pengembang perumahan

This study was conducted to find the empirical evidences on the effects of housing developer perceptions about good governance of the regional government and the organizational commitment of the instruments of the regional government to the satisfaction of housing developer in getting services of the licence of using land (in Indonesia called IPPT, abbreviaton of Izin Peruntukkan Penggunaan Tanah) and the performance of housing developer (survey on housing developer in the district of Sleman).

This study was an empirical research having case study in the district of Slemen, and used the primary datas that which the respondents were the housing developers who operated in the district of Sleman. The datas was gathered using the study instrument of questionnary. The statistical methods that conducted in this study was the path analysis.

The results of this study indicate that:

1. There was not any significant relationship between the perception of the housing developer and good governance and between the perception the housing developer and the organizational commitment of regional government institution.

2. There was not any significant relationship among the perception of the housing developer on good governance of the regional government and the perception of the housing developer on the organizational commitment of the regional government institution to the satisfaction of the housing developer in the services of IPPT.

3. There was not any significant relationship among the perception of the housing developer on good governance of the regional government and the perception of the housing developer on the organizational commitment of the regional government instrument and the satisfaction of the housing developer in the services of IPPT to the performance of the housing developer.
