Pengaruh return on investment, current ratio, dan price earning ratio terhadap kebijakan dividen, dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi studi kasus pada perusahaan BUMN non keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2002-2008

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh praktek Corporate Governance sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Price Earning Ratio terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan memahami peranan praktek Corporate Governance terhadap praktek Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Price Earning Ratio yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Corporate Governance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan variabel Return on Investment.

Sedangkan Current Ratio, dan Price Earning Ratio akan menurunkan kinerja perusahaan. Corporate Governance merupakan variabel pemoderasi antara Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Price Earning Ratio dan Dividend Payout Ratio.

Tidak terdapat pengaruh pada kebijakan pembagian dividen yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan BUMN non-keuangan pada saat diberlakukan Good Corporate Governance.

The objective of the empirical study is to examine the role of Corporate Governance Practices as a variable that moderates the effect of Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Price Earning Ratio to the dividend policy, It also indicates that Corporate Governance are moderating variables of the relationship between Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Price Earning Ratio and the performance of the firm, The result gives the evidence that Corporate Governance practices that have a significant impact to Return on Investment variable and the performance of the firm.

Otherwise, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio to decrease the performance of the firm. Corporate Governance are the moderating variables of the relationship between Return on Investment, Current Ratio, Price Earning Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio.

There were has no impact to dividend policy, while BUMN non-financial firm performed the Good Corporate Governance.
