Analisis kinerja sistem teknologi informasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan (studi kasus dinas pendidikan kabupaten Purworejo)

Delone dan Mclean (1992) model kesuksesan sistem informasi telah banyak dikembangkan oleh para peneliti. Studi yang mengembangkan DeLone and McLean model untuk menguji hubungan yang terdahulu (kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi), dan konsekwensi (dampak individu dan dampak organisasi) tentang kesuksesan system informasi (kepuasan pemakai, respon pengguna terhadap system informasi). Ada 34 responden yang berpartisipasi mengambil studi ini. Data telah dikumpulkan di teliti dan dianalisis oleh Model Penelitian Struktural. Berdasarkan rumusan tersebut terdapat delapan hipotesis, Kesuksesan system informasi dipengaruhi oleh dua hal penting yang merupakan predictor yang signifikan, dan sisa (enam hubungan) kurang signifikan. Pengaruh Model Kesuksesan dari penggunaan pada dampak individu, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Di sisi lain, kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan pemakai
Lagipula, kepuasan pemakai berpengaruh pada dampak individu. Riset selanjutnya diperlukan model dan metode sampling yang lebih baik. Pembatasan dan diskusi merupakan pendukung dalam penelitian tersebut.
DeLone and McLean (1992) model of information system success has much adopted by information researchers to test information success model. This study is purposed to adopt DeLone and McLean model to test the relationship of antecedents (system quality, information quality), and the consequences (individual impact and organizational impact) of the information success (user satisfaction, intended to use). There were 34 responden participated in this study. Data were collected by surveys and analized by Structural Equatin Model. The results show that of the eight hypothesized relationships tested, two were found to be significant, and the remainder (six relationships) were not significant. The model provided strong support for the influence of intended use on the individual impact, and the individual impact influenced on the organizational impact. On the other hand, system quality and information quality did not influence on the user satisfaction. Furthermore, the user satisfaction did not influene on the individual impact. Further research is required to improve model and sampling methods. The limitation and the discuss is also supported.
