Evaluasi Efektivitas Penerapan Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Dosen dan Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peraturan yang diterapkan oleh FEB UGM efektif. Penelitian ini fokus pada peraturan dosen dan mahasiswa. Dalam peraturan dosen, penulis meneliti mengenai kedisiplinan dosen dalam memasuki kelas dan mengakhiri perkuliahan serta kedisiplinan dosen dalam pemenuhan 14 kali pertemuan kegiatan perkuliahan. Sedangkan peraturan mahasiswa mencakup kehadiran minimal 75% dan plagiarisme.
Dari hasil penelitian, kedisiplinan dosen FEB UGM dinilai sangat disiplin dalam hal memasuki kelas untuk memulai perkuliahan dan mengakhiri perkuliahan, sedangkan untuk pemenuhan 14 kali pertemuan, dosen FEB UGM dinilai cukup disiplin. Mengenai peraturan mengenai minimal kehadiran mahasiswa 75% juga sangat efektif karena mahasiswa mematuhinya, namun di dalam peraturan “titip absen” sebagai konsekuensi dari peraturan minimal kehadiran 75% dinilai kurang efektif karena banyak mahasiswa yang melanggar. Sedangkan mengenai plagiarisme, plagiarisme tugas peraturannya dinilai kurang efektif, sedangkan plagiarisme pada skripsi dinilai sangat tidak efektif peraturan yang diterapkan karena banyak skripsi yang mengandung unsur plagiat.
This research is a qualitative study. The purpose of this research is to understand about effectiveness of the rules are applied by Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada. This research focuses on the regulation of lecturers and students. In the regulation of lecturers, the author focuses on discipline of lecturers about entering the classes, ending of the lectures and fulfillment of 14 meetings. While the student regulations, the author focuses on minimum of 75% attendance and plagiarism.
The result of the research, discipline of FEB UGM lecturers considered to be very discipline in term of entering the classes and ending of lectures, about the fulfillment of 14 meetings, FEB UGM lecturers are considered good enough for the discipline. While regulation about the minimum presence 75% of the students also very effective because the students obey the regulation, but in the rule of “illegal absent” as a consequence of the rule of minimum presence 75% is considered less effective. The rule of plagiarism of tasks is considered less effective, while plagiarism of thesis is considered very ineffective.
