The research about the relation between budget participation and job outcomes, one of them is
Job Satisfaction has been done and results in different even one against another. So the influence
of budget participation on job satisfaction still questioned. These condition that become
attention for many researchers to explain the phenomena.
This research try to explain the influence of job satisfaction to budget participation by entering
moderating variables of role ambiguity alone or together with other moderating variable, role
conflict. This research is testing the relation using the two models. That are moderating model
and intervening model. The aim of this research is to get the empiric result about the influence of
moderating variable and intervening variable of role ambiguity and role conflict, to the relation
between budget participation and job satisfaction.
Hopefully the two models can explain the different result of passed research on the realation
between budget participation and job satisfaction.
