Factors Influencing The Intention of Using Mobile Banking Services Based On Technology Acceptance Model

The purpose of this study is to apply Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the factors influencing the intention of using mobile banking in Indonesia. The analysis revealed five factors which influence customersÂ’ attitude toward usage of mobile banking: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, customersÂ’ trust, and perceived financial cost. Data was collected from respondents through a survey questionnaire, and the relationship was analyzed using the regression. The result of the data analysis indicates that all factors except perceived risk have a significant impact on behavioral intention of using mobile banking.
