Change is a must for every company. It is done to make a company survive. Like many others companies, PT Kereta Api (Persero) also create change in order to have competitive advantage. This research purpose to analyze and examine the effects of employers status change toward PT Kereta Api (Persero) job satisfaction and employers performance. In addition it also analyze how significance is job satisfaction will affect to employers performance.
The sample is used in this research is 89 respondents. While the collecting sample method is nonprobability sampling which use purposive sampling technique. The sample are the employers who has worked at least twenty years. In collecting data two methods are used that is library research and field research. The result shows that in short term, the employers status change have positive effect toward job satisfaction and employers performance. Although for the future, the employers think it will threat their career. The other result is that job satisfaction have significance effect for the employers satisfaction. When job satisfaction increase, the performance will also increase and vise versa. Keyword: Organizational Change, Job Satisfaction, Employers Performance.
