Pengaruh Akuntabilitas Budaya Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan etis Terhadap Kinerja Panti Asuhan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini secara empiris menguji pengaruh akuntabilitas, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja panti asuhan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden, di bawah Dinas Sosial DIY. Kuesioner dibagikan sebanyak 80 kuesioner, tetapi hanya 55 kuesioner yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling.
Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Menunjukkan bahwa variabel akuntabilitas dan kepemimpinan etis memiliki efek positif pada kinerja organisasi, sedangkan variabel budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil estimasi regresi menunjukkan kemampuan prediksi model dengan 63,1% sedangkan 36,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.
This study empirically examine the influence of accountability,organizational culture and ethical leadership toward orphanges performance in Yogyakarta. The data in this study are primary roomates data obtainedby distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents, under the Social Servicesin Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Questionnaires were distributed amounted to 80 questionnaires, but only55 questionnaires that can be used in thisstudy. The sampling technique using simple random samplingmethod.Hypothesis is testingis done by multiple regressionanalysis.The results showed that variable accountability and ethical leadership have positive influence on organizational performance, while variables organizational culture is nothaving an influence to the
organizational performance. Results of regressionestimates indicate the predictive ability of the models by 63.1% while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research models.
