Pemetaan Strategis dengan Balanced Scorecard studi Pada PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales

Ketatnya persaingan di Indonesia membuat para perusahaan produsen sepeda motor harus mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan produsen lainnya. Banyaknya pelaku bisnis membuat persaingan diantara pelaku bisnis semakin meningkat, sehingga membuat masing-masing pelaku bisnis berusaha untuk membuat dan menjalankan strategi bisnis yang tepat agar dapat memenangkan persaingan. PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) merupakan salah satu pelaku di bisnis ini, dan tidak ingin ketinggalan merespon situasi sekarang ini.
Untuk mendefenisikan kebutuhan dan pemberian rekomendasi bagi PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales, maka akan dilakukan perancangan dan analisis Balanced Scorecard. Perancangan dan analisis Balanced Scorecard akan menghasilkan suatu Strategy Map sesuai 4 (empat) pilar dari Balanced Scorecard yakni: Financial perspective berupa peningkatan revenue dan pengurangan biaya, Customer perspective berupa peningkatan citra produk, peningkatan konsistensi layanan, dan peningkatan loyalitas konsumen. Selanjutnya Internal Business Process perspective berupa peningkatan sistem pemasaran dan peningkatan sistem distribusi serta Learning and Growth perspective berupa peningkatan dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia serta pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang berkelanjutan.
Intense competition in Indonesia to make the company's motorcycle manufacturers must be able to compete with other manufacturers. The amount businesses create competition among businesses is increasing, thus making each business person trying to set up and run a proper business strategy in order to win the competition. PT Indomobil Suzuki Sales (SIS) is one of the producers in this business, and do not want to miss respond to the situation today.
To define the needs and providing recommendations for PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales, it will be the design and analysis of the Balanced Scorecard. Design and analysis of the Balanced Scorecard Strategy Map will result in a corresponding 4 (four) pillars of the Balanced Scorecard: Financial perspective in the form of increased revenue and cost reduction, customer perspective in the form of image enhancement products, increasing the consistency of service, and increase customer loyalty. Furthermore, Internal Business Process perspective of improving the system of marketing and distribution system improvements as well as the Learning and Growth perspective of the improvement and empowerment of human resources and sustainable utilization of information systems.
