Pengaruh Kepuasan Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Employee Outcomes: Peran Motivasi Intrinsik Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Bank XYZ cabang Solo)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kepuasan penilaian kinerja dengan employee outcomes dalam bentuk kinerja karyawan, komitmen afektif organisasional, dan turnover intention. DIsamping itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel mediasi.

Hasil survei terhadap 65 responden pada bank XYZ (cabang Solo) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penilaian kinerja memiliki hubungan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan, komitmen afektif organisasional, dan turnover intention.

Motivasi intrinsik juga memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan penilaian kinerja dengan employee outcomes dalam bentuk kinerja karyawan, komitmen afektif organisasional, dan turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between performance appraisal satisfaction and employee outcomes in the form of self-reported work performance, affective organizational commitment and turnover intention. Besides, this study was also examine the role of intrinsic motivation as a mediator.

A survey from 65 employees from XYZ Bank (Solo) showed that performance appraisal satisfaction was directly related to work performance, affective organizational commitment and turnover intention.

The relationship between performance appraisal satisfaction and employee outcomes in the form of work performance, affective organizational commitment and turnover was all mediated by employeesÂ’ intrinsic work motivation.
