Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan fiskal pemerintah pusat-daerah terhadap produk domestik regional bruto di Kabupaten Klaten. Variabel fiskal meliputi : Pendapatan Asli Daerah ( PAD ), Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan ( PBB ), sumbangan dan bantuan, dan tenaga kerja.Data yang digunakan adalah data runtun waktu (time series) dari tahun 1979 sampai dengan tahun 2001 yang diperoleh dari Kantor Statistik Kabupaten Klaten, bagian keuangan Kabupaten Klaten dan Dinas Pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Klaten. Mat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan diagnosis test ( uji t dan uji F ). Analisis ekonometrika berupa uji asumsi klasik ( Normalitas,Heteroskedastisitas,Linieritas, Multikolinearitas, Autokorelasi ), serta analisa ekonomi.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pajak Bunn dan Bangunan ( PBB ), dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ( PDRB ) di Kabupaten Klaten. Variabel Pendapatan Ash Daerah ( PAD ), dan variabel sumbangan dan bantuan, tidal: berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ( PDRB ) di Kabupaten Klaten. Hubungan fiskal pemerintah pusat-daerah Kabupaten Klaten menunjukkan tingkat ketergantungan terhadap bantuan pemerintah pusat

This research attemps to identify the influence of the fiscal relationship between the central government and the local government on the economic growth ( the real Gross Regional Domestic Product ) in Klaten Regency. The variabel fiscal consist of the Regional Original Income ( here after called PAD ), Property Tax ( here after called PBB ), the aids from the central government and provincial government, and labour. The data used in this research are time series data for the period 1979 until to 2001 obtained from the Regencial Statistic Office of Klaten, the Regencial Financial Bureau of Klaten, the Distric Revenues Agency of Klaten. The analysis method applied in this research are double regresion with diagnosis test ( t-test and F-test ),econometrics anlysis with classical assumption test ( Normality, Heteroskedasticity,Linierity, Multikolinearity, Autocorelation ), and economic analysis. The result of this research indicate that the variables of the Regional Original Income ( PAD ), and variables aids from the central government and provincial government did not influence on the economic growth ( the real Gross Regional Domestic Product) in the Regency of Klaten. Variables Property Tax ( PBB ) and labour had positive and significant influence on the economic growth ( the real Gross Regional Domestic Product ) in the Regency of Klaten. The fiscal relationship between the central government and the local government, showed Klaten Regency had dependency of aids from the central government.
