Karya tulis yang berjudul Pengaruh Penerapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi menekankan bahwa perusahaan, baik yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk maupun jasa tidak lagi dihadapkan pada tanggungjawab yang berpijak pada Single Bottom Line (berorientasi pada laba saja) yaitu nilai perusahaan yang hanya direfleksikan dalam kondisi keuangannya saja namun tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan juga berpihak pada Triple Bottom Line yang mencakup keuangan, sosial dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh penerapan tanggungjawab sosial terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Rumah Sakit Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden (pasien) dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Sedangkan untuk pengujian pengaruh menggunakan Analisis Regresi yang menguji pengaruh kedua variabel yakni variabel biaya sosial dan variabel kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut membuktikan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat antara tanggung jawab sosial terhadap kinerja. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut juga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat (pasien) sangat puas dengan pelayanan termasuk interaksi sosial Rumah Sakit Bethesda terhadap pengguna jasa (pasien) dengan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat mencapai 80%. This paper is entitled The Influence of Applying Corporate and Social Responsibility towards Organizational Activities. It primarily emphasizes that the company dealing with product sales and services is no longer restricted to the responsibilities based on single bottom line domain (benefit-oriented). The value achieved by this kind of company merely reflects its economical condition, but the corporate and social responsibility relying on triple bottom line domain should cover financial, social and environmental elements. The objective of this research is to scrutinize the influence of applying corporate and social responsibility towards the organizational activities at Bethesda Hospital in Yogyakarta. The data collection method of this research was questionnaire which was distributed to 50 respondents (patients) using purposive sampling method. However, to test the validity of data on the influence, the researcher used regression analysis method that specifically scrutinized the influence of two variables namely social cost variable and organizational activities. The result of this research evidenced that there was a strong relationship between the social responsibility and the organizational activities. Form this result, it can be concluded that society (patients) were satisfied with the services including social interactions at Bethesda Hospital in Yogyakarta, the customer services (patients) and the degree of service satisfaction for the society significantly reached 80%.
