FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN INDUSTRI KECIL MEBEL DI KECAMATAN UNAAHA KABUPATEN KENDARI

Salah satu altematifyang dapat menampung tenaga kerja diperdesaan adalah sektor industri khususnya industri kecil.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh upah tenaga kerja, biaya bahan baku dan lama usaha pada industri mebel terhadap pendapatan keluarga.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi sentra industri mebel di Kecamatan
Unaaha, Kabupaten Kendari, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Sumber data yang
diambil adalah data primer dan data sekunder.
Dari hasil analisis regresi dengan a = 0,05 diperoleh R2 = 0,963, Fmtung = 223,013, t1abel = 2,779, F1abel = 2,98 dan Adj R2 = 0,958. Akan diperoleh koefisien regresi dari masing-masing variabel yang berpengaruh dan sejauh mana hubungan dari variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi industri kecil mebel di
Kecamatan Unaaha Kabupaten Kendari.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara upah tenaga kerja dengan pendapatan keluarga dari usaha industri mebel. Apabila upah tenaga kerja dinaikkan maka motifasi, kreativitas dan produktivitas tenaga kerja akan dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi mebel sehingga pendapatan keluarga dapat meningkat. Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara biaya bahan baku dengan pendapatan keluarga dari usaha industri mebel, bila biaya bahan baku diporsilkan lebih banyak lagi maka kuantitas dan kualitas produksi mebel yang dihasilkan dapat bertambah sehingga pendapatan keluarga industri mebel dapat meningkat. Ada hubungan yang positif namun tidak terlalu signifikan antara lama usaha dengan pendapatan keluarga dari usaha industri mebel, semakin lama usaha (pengalaman) tersebut di jalankan maka akan semakin banyak keterampilan dan kreasi yang di peroleh untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga
One of the alternatives that can accommodate the manpower in villages is industrial sector especially the small-scale industry. This research intends to understand about the impacts of labor wages, raw material costs, and work duration in furniture industry toward the family income.
This research takes place in furniture industrial center in Unaaha sub district, Kendari regency, South East Sulawesi province. The data source which is
taken are primary and secondary data.
From the result of regression analysis with a = 0.05, obtained R2 =
0.963, Fcounted = 223.013, ttable = 2.779, Ftable = 2.98 and Adj R2 = 0.958. Will generate regression coefficient from each variables that affected, and how far the
relationship of that variables influence the furniture small-scale industry in Unaaha sub-district, Kendari regency.
Based on the research result, we can conclude that there is positive
and significant relationship between labor wages and family income of the furniture industry, if the labor wages be increased then the motivation, creativity, and productivity of labor will increase the furniture total production so the family income may increase, there is positive and significant relationship between raw material cost and family income of the furniture industry, if the raw material cost have more proportion then the quality and quantity of furniture production may increase so the family income of furniture industry can be higher, there is positive but not significant relationship between work duration and family income of furniture industry, as long as work (experience) be applied it will give many skill and creation to increase the family income.
