Analisis komparasi sebelum dan sesudah: pemahaman knowledge management system dalam komitmen dan motivasi

Penelitian ini menguji apakah komitmen yang terdiri dari Internalisasi, Identifikasi dan Kepatuhan serta motivasi yang terdiri External Regulation, Introjected Regulation, Identification Regulation dan Intrinsic Motivation sebelum memahami Knowledge Management System lebih kecil dalam bandingannya dengan sesudah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi para peneliti.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey dan disebarkan melalui kuisioner. Responden yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa ekonomi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dipilih berdasar kriteria tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Uji beda t-test dengan sampel berhubungan, digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis.
This research test whether commitment which are consist of internalization, identification and compliance with motivation, which are consist of External Regulation, Introjected Regulation, Identification Regulation and Intrinsic Motivation before understanding Knowledge Management System has a smaller result than after understanding Knowledge Management System. Hoped the result could give contribution for researcher.
Samples were collected with questionnaires by using purposive sampling method. The respondents were Gadjah Mada University student's, majoring economic. Samples choose by some criteria based on the purpose of this research.
