Women role in a working world always face problems such as sexual harassment and discrimination. Doubting female workers potentially in organization and leadership is also included as harassment and discrimination to women. Evaluating someone\'s potentially cannot only be distinguished by gender but it depends on every individual, both male and female. In general, gender bias causes detriment to women like job distinction based on sex-role, where women will get little opportunity to get a good and high position in overhead management. This study researches female managers in their leadership process among the job distinctions as the impact of gender bias. The female managers should have an effective and a unique style of leadership since the stereotype of female leader developed in our society is that she is not able to be an effective and efficient leader, compare to him. The female manager\'s style of leadership could prove that the stereotype developed in the society in incorrect. This study aims at identifying the female managers\' style of leadership in job distinctions based on the sex-role in a social transformation era. The writer hopes that by recognizing the female managers\' style of leadership, there will be a new paradigm that women can lead and manage with effective and unique styles. The data were collected by interviewing 20 female managers who work in private industries and NGO (Non Government Organization) in Indonesia. This study applies inductive measurement process as one of the methods in qualitative research. The steps in this study were : (1) recording the phenomena found in the interviews, (2) operating/operationalizing (informal), and then (3) conforming to transformational leadership theories. The conformance draws on the key words obtained from the result of the interview with the female managers. The data analysis result showed that the female managers process the transformational style of leadership. With the social transformation among the job distinctions based on the sex-role, the female managers are able to perform and apply their own style of leadership confidently without being feared by other discredits.
