Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional terhadap Dukungan Organisasional Persepsian(Perceived Organizational Support/POS)dan dukungan Supervisor Persepsian(Perceived Supervisor Support/PSS)

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menguji pengaruh tiga dimensi dari keadilan organisasional yaitu keadilan prosedural, keadilan distributif, dan keadilan interaksional terhadap Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) dan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) serta mencari hubungan yang terjadi antara Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) dan Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Pengidentifikasian mengenai persepsi karyawan terhadap keadilan di tempat kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap dukungan dari organisasi dan supervisor perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan sejauh mana persepsi dari karyawan tersebut.
Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode nonprobability sampling karena tidak semua unsur dalam populasi diambil untuk menjadi sampel penelitian. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 responden karyawan Okssa Art Studio, Bantul, Yogyakarta, yang berstatus tetap dan telah aktif bekerja selama minimal satu tahun. Uji validitas dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan koefisien alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 13.0 for windows.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Keadilan interpersonal dan keadilan informasional berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS). Selain itu terdapat pengaruh variabel Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) terhadap Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Keadilan interaksional berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung pada Perceived Organizational Support (POS) melalui Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS).
This research aimed to test the effect of three dimensions of organizational justice that is procedural justice, distributive justice, and interactional justice toward Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and find the correlation between Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Identifying employees perceptions of fairness in the work place and its influence on support from organizations and supervisors need to be done to find out how and to what extent the employees' perceptions.
The sampling method is a method of sampling nonprobability because not all elements in the population are taken to be a research sample. Research subjects were 60 respondents employees Okssa Art Studio, Bantul, Yogyakarta, who is a permanent and has been actively working for at least one year. Test the validity of the technique of Pearson Product Moment Correlation and reliability test using alpha Cronbach coefficient. Testing hypotheses is the regression analysis using SPSS 13.0 for Windows software.
The results showed that distributive justice and procedural justice are significantly positive effect toward the Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Interpersonal justice and informational justice are significantly positive effect on Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS). In addition there is the influence of the variable Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) on the Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Interactional justice had a positive effect not directly on the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) through Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS).
