HUBUNGAN ANTARA KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI DENGAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI, DAN TINGKAT PERKEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adaiah untuk menguji hubungan langsung antara kinerja sistem informasi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi, dan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak moderating tingkat perkembangan sistem informasi terhadap hubungan diatas.
Hasil dari pengujian empiris ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kinerja sistem informasi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi, seperti partisipasi pemakai, keberadaan
steering committee dan level perkembangan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa hubungan antara kinerja sistem informasi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi, secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh level perkembangan sistem informasi. Sehingga, untuk suksesnya suatu sistem informasi, masing-masing faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi itu haruslah dipertimbangkan secara berbeda untuk tiap-tiap level perkembangan sistem informasi.
The objectives of this study are to examining the direct relationships between influence factors and performance of information system, and to identify the moderating effect of evolution of information system on the relationship. In this study, the direct relationships and the moderating effect of evolution level of information system were
hypothesized.
The result of the empirical test suggested that there are significant positive correlations between the performance of information system and influence factors, such as user participation, steering committee and level evolution of information system. It was also proved that the relationships between performance of information system and
influence factors are significantly influenced by the evolution level of information system. Hence, for the success of information system, each influence factors should be considered differently in the degree of importance according to the level of information system evolution.
