PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum) is one of the local companies, whereas water is a vital need so that the presence of this company has a great potential to bear PAD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah) or Local Revenue. The study purposed to recognize performance of PDAM Kabupaten Manggarai through assessment of finance aspect, operational and administration aspect during 2001-2005, to know how PDAM capacity in order to be developed and enhanced, as well as to recognize the strength, weakness, chances, and threat concerned with PDAM Tirta Komodo Kabupaten Manggarai. Analysis tools s performance assessment analysis based on Decree of Internals Ministry of Indonesia No. 47 1999 about Performance Assessment Guideline of PDAM and SWOT analysis. The result of each aspect considered insufficient, while it considered has strength potential based on SWOT analysis. Key words: Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum, PDAMs performance, Tirta Komodo.
