Information Quality, Importance of the System and Usefulness towards User Satisfaction in

measuring Information System (IS) success. A survey's method is conducted by collecting

questionnaires which has been developed from the previous research.

Beside of that, this research is also aimed to find out whether there is a significant difference between the satisfaction at the moment or Current Condition with their Expectation. A gap analysis is done by using the Paired Samples-T Test.
