Pengaruh Strategi dan Taktik Terhadap Kesuksesan Tahap Operasionalisasi Proyek

Berdasarkan suatu analisis empiris, penelitian ini menguji model pengaruh strategi dan taktik terhadap kesuksesan tahap operasionalisasi proyek. Dengan menggunakansepuluh variable yang telah diangap oleh para peneliti sebagai determinandeterminan strategi dan taktik yang akan mempengaruhi kesuksesan tahap operasionalisasi proyek, model regresi berganda digunakan untuk tujuan analisis. Data diperoleh dari respon survai terhadap proyek konstruksi dan pembangunan gedung, pembangunan perumahan, instalasi dan konsultasi, jalan dan prasarana umum, dan interior. Hasil penelitian mendukung penelitian sebelumnya bahwa strategi dan taktik sangat menentukan terhadap kesuksesan tahap operasionalisasi proyek. Lebih lanjut, diperlukan upaya penyeimbangan antara strategi dan taktik agar proyek dapat terlaksana dengan efektif.
Based on an empirical analysis, this study examines model of the effect of strategy and tactics on effectiveness of project implementation process. Using ten variables that have been presumed by researchers to be determinants of strategy and tactics that will affect on effectiveness of project implementation process, multiple regression model was developed for this analysis. Data is drawn from the survey responses of project in the construction, installation and consultation, public service, and interior. This study supports the idea that a strategy and tactics are critical success factors in the project implementation process. In addition, balancing strategy and tactics are needed so that project will be effectiveness.
