Persepsi Mahasiswa Pada Investasi SDM Melalui Kompetensi Knowledge, Skill dan Ability dalam Proses Pembelajaran di FEB UGM

2008 | Skripsi | S1 Extention - ManagementPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah proses pembelajaran level S1 di FEB-UGM dipersepsikan mahasiswa sudah mencukupi/memadai untuk menjadi dasar studi lebih lanjut. Juga ingin mengetahui apakah proses pembelajaran level S1 di FEB-UGM dipersepsikan mahasiswa sudah mencukupi/memadai untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Metode penelitian yang dipakai untuk menetapkan sampel, menggunakan tehnik kuota purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner model Skala Likert. Sedang validitas dan reliabilitas diuji dengan analisis item, menggunakan korelasi Part Whole dan Alpha Cronbach. Metode analisis data menggunakan tehnik Cross Tabulation (tabulasi silang) Prosentase dan Chi-Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Investasi SDM melalui proses pembelajaran level S1 di FEB-UGM dipersepsikan mahasiswa sudah mencukupi sebesar 54.67% (persepsi kompetensi Knowledge tinggi) untuk studi lebih lanjut, sedang sisanya yaitu 45.33% dipersepsikan mahasiswa belum mencukupi/memadai untuk studi lanjut (persepsi kompetensi Knowledge rendah). 2). Investasi SDM melalui proses pembelajaran level S1 di FEB-UGM dipersepsikan mahasiswa sudah mencukupi/memadai sebesar 53.33% (kompetensi Skill tinggi) dan 50.67% (kompetensi Ability tinggi) untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Sedang sisanya yaitu 46.67% (kompetensi Skill rendah) dan 49.33% (kompetensi Ability rendah) dipersepsikan mahasiswa belum mencukupi/memadai memasuki dunia kerja. 3). Mahasiswa yang ingin bekerja sebanyak 80%, sedang sisanya yang 20% ingin melanjutkan studi.
This research was aimed to description student's perception to the Knowledge, Skill, and Ability competencies as a result of learning and teaching process at the Faculty of Economic and Business Gadjah Mada University, in classification to low and high categories according to the gender: male and female: after finish study: search or study higher level, cumulative achievement index; low cumulative achievement index or high cumulative achievement index. The next want to description about are there frequencies differences between categorizes according to gender, after finish study, and cumulative achievement index, and how many percent want to next study higher level, and how many percent want to work.
Seventy and five Management Department student of Economic and Business Faculty, Gadjah Mada University were the subject sample of the research, by quota purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire, Likert Scale Model. The data were analyzed by using cross tabulation procent and chi-square. The conclusion of this research are : 1. Man Power Resources Investment through learning and teaching process at post graduate level, Management Department, Economic and Business Faculty, Gadjah Mada University, is percepted by student much 54.67% in high category good for next higher study; while 45.33 % in low category, residu non. 2. Man Power Resources Investation through learning and teaching process at post graduate level, Management Department, Economic and Business Faculty, Gadjah Mada University, is percepted by student much 53.33 % in high category ready for work, while 46.67% in low category, residu non. 3. There are not significant frequency differences between low and high category in Knowledge, Skill, and Ability competencies according to gender, after finish study and cumulative achievement index. 4. In addition, find that student of Management Department, Economic and Business Faculty, Gadjah Mada University 80 % expect for work and only 20% residu expect for next study higher level.
