Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberterimaan Pengguna Sistem Informasi SINTESIS Pada Fakultas ekonomika Dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi keberterimaan sistem informasi akademik di FEB UGM yaitu SINTESIS dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Model penelitian ini menggunakan perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use dan acceptance of use IT. Juga ditambah dengan kontruk teoritis cognitive instrumental processes yang terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu job relevance, output quality dan result demonstrability.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengguna SINTESIS di FEB UGM, mempersepsikan bahwa: (1) SINTESIS sudah relevan digunakan oleh mahasiswa FEB UGM, (2) kualitas keluaran dari SINTESIS sudah baik, (3) pengguna tahu cara menggunakan SINTESIS, (4) intensi penggunaan SINTESIS dipengaruhi oleh kebermanfaat persepsian dari sistem tersebut, (5) pengguna mau menggunakan SINTESIS. Namun demikian Pada penelitian juga terdapat temuan menarik yaitu adanya asosiasi negatif pada mudah penggunaan persepsian dengan kebermanfaatan persepsian. Hal ini terjadi karena pengguna sudah sering menggunakan dan mengenal SINTESIS. Selain itu, penggunaan SINTESIS merupakan kewajiban bagi mahasiswa, jadi kebermanfaatan persepsian tidak dipengaruhi oleh mudah penggunaan persepsian yang timbul dari penggunaan SINTESIS.
This research investigates factors that influence the acceptance of academic information system at FEB UGM, SINTESIS, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model of this research uses perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use and acceptance of use IT. It is also coupled with theoretical construct, cognitive instrumental processes that consists of three variables, job relevance, output quality and result demonstrability.
The result of this research are that user of SINTESIS at FEB UGM perceived that: (1) SINTESIS is relevant used by students of FEB UGM, (2) the output quality of SINTESIS is good, (3) users know how to use SINTESIS, (4) the intention to use SINTESIS is influenced by perceived usefulness, (5) the user would use SINTESIS. Interesting finding in this research is that negative association between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. It happens because the users of SINTESIS use this system frequently and familiar with this system. In addition, the use of SINTESIS is obligatory, so perceived usefulness are not influenced by perceived ease of use from the use of SINTESIS.
